To this day, the Merans people remember that nightmarish night when only two of the entire detachment of elite snake-footed fighters returned from the raid. When they came to their senses, they told about the two-headed demon that guarded the cliffs of the Grosh. At first, the sea saved the marauders from the piercing fire emanating from one head. But the other, with frosty breath and red eyes, turned the warriors' native element against them. The two survivors could only watch as the ice shackled their comrades in the frozen waves, until a second torrent of fire overtook the helpless fighters.
