The Buyer has the right to return the Goods (the Goods are returned if the specified Goods were not in use, its consumer properties, factory labels, presentation, etc. are preserved), without specifying the reasons within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of actual receipt of the Goods directly from the seller or persons representing the Seller.

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Consumer Protection dated May 4, 2010 No. 274-IV
The seller (manufacturer) is obliged to ensure the exchange or return of non-food goods of proper quality, if it was not in use, its presentation, consumer properties, seals, labels, as well as a document confirming the fact of purchase of the goods, are preserved within fourteen calendar days, unless a longer period is established by the contract, from the date of purchase of the goods, except for:

      1) medicines and medical products;
    2) underwear;
      3) hosiery;
      4) animals and plants;&br>      5) square footage goods, namely fabrics made of fibers of all kinds, knitted and curtain fabrics, artificial fur, carpets, nonwovens, ribbons, lace, braid, wires, cords, cables, linoleum, baguette, film, oilcloth;
      6) cellular subscriber device.

This list indicates the impossibility of returning Goods of proper quality with individually determined properties, if such Goods can only be used by the consumer purchasing it.
To return the product, you need to submit a document confirming the fact and conditions of its purchase, as well as fill out an application for the return of the product
